Narrative Sprint for Leaders

We’ll spend three to four weeks clarifying your vision, values, and story, resulting in a comprehensive narrative document with sharp messaging, sub-messages, proof points, reputable research, and more.

Leadership Communications Roadmap

In addition to the narrative sprint, we’ll develop and execute a three to six month roadmap that increases your visibility and helps you break start achieving the goals you set.

Media Training

We’ll go through the basic of broadcast and print interviews, how to nail your messages, common techniques like bridging, and how to answer sticky questions. Training will include at least on mock interview.

Fractional Executive Communications

We’ll develop a strategy that gets your entire leadership team into the right opportunities with the right messages. We’ll source, hire, and manage all stakeholders on your behalf to ensure high-quality work.

On-Demand / Surge Support

In this role, I help teams with writing, messaging, and prep work when they don’t have the time or people to do it themselves. (Retainer fee required).

Podcast Interview Training

We’ll spend one to three sessions auditing your current messages, practicing how to sound natural while hitting your messages, and conducting at least one mock interview.
